Sure some people dislike my stances on a lot issues, truth of it is I make take those stances today, but they will judged by those yet to come, those in the future. I don’t want to find myself, many years from now, grandchild on my knee and be asked by them about some injustice and unjust practice of this era and what I felt about it. I don’t want to uncomfortably shift them to the other knee and say something along the lines apologetically ” well that’s just how things were” or “how people were”. Excuse myself like the millions before me have of their complicity of the many wrongs humans have perpetuated against themselves throughout the ages.To hell with that argument. Let those of the present damn me, for it is not they who I act for, it is not they who will absolve me.
